Judge Albert Dutton MacDade, born September 23, 1871, Lower Chichester Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania; son of Joseph Walker and Amie Hedden MacDade; Chester High School, 1888; Chester Academy; University of Pennsylvania Law School, 1894; admitted, bar, 1894; district attorney, Delaware County, 1905-1912; elected, Republican, Pennsylvania State Senate, 1921-1928; elected, Judge, Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, 1928-1942; President Judge, Delaware County Court of Common Pleas 1943; Judge, Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, 1944-1948; married, Mabel Troth, 1899, son, Dutton Troth MacDade; died, October 4, 1954 (age 83) interment, Lawn Croft Cemetery Linwood, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
