Colby, Ebert Kline, Ida Kline, Jacob Kline, Mary Kline, Belle Thresher, Levi Kline, George Ebert Kline; read law, 1830, admitted, Lebanon County bar, 1834; junior partner, law firm, 1834-1845; elected, Whig, Pennsylvania State Senate 1842-1845; delegate, Republican National Convention, 1860; died, September 17, 1863, (aged 51), at home, enlarged liver, Lebanon, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania; interment, Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.
Early Career:
Father died, while Levi was fifteen years of age, placed under the care of his brother, George W., who provided his education. Read law, 1830, admitted, Lebanon County bar, 1834; joined his brother’s law firm as junior partner. Law firm, dissolved by the death of his brother, 1845.
