Cunningham, born July 1, 1820, Newton Hamilton Borough, Mifflin County, Pennsylvania; son of Jonathan and Margaret Cunningham; secretary, Borough of Newton Hamilton, School Board, 1835; Borough of Newton Hamilton, Justice of the Peace, 1845; Burgess of Newton Hamilton Borough, 1847-1848; elected, Whig, Pennsylvania State Senate, 1849-1851; died, August 20, 1902. Burial location unknown.
