Judge Elliott Rodgers (R42) Allegheny (Part) County 1907-1910 

Early Life:

Judge Elliott Rodgers, born December 12 , 1865, Allegheny City, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; son of Thomas Livingston and Clara Scott Rodgers; public school education; Pittsburgh Academy; admitted, Allegheny County bar, 1887; attorney; employed, corporation department office, Secretary of the Commonwealth, 1887-1890; engaged law practice, Pittsburgh; married, Eleanor Van Voorhis Dauler, 1892; elected, solicitor, city of Allegheny, 1896-1901; appointed, vacancy, judge, Court of Common Pleas No. 2, Allegheny County; elected, judge, Court of Common Pleas No. 2, Allegheny County, full term of ten years, 1901, resigned the judgeship, March 1, 1905; resumed the practice of law, Rodgers, Blakeley and Calvert, 1905; elected, Pennsylvania State Senate 1906. Death is presumed to have occurred, 1917. Burial location unknown.
