Thomas Duszak, Librarian, Pennsylvania State Senate, 1981-1988 

Early Life:

Thomas "Tom" Duszak, born June 14, 1951, Hedgeville neighborhood of Wilmington, county seat of New Castle County, Delaware; son of Eugene and Lucille Swierczewska Duszak; attended Saint Hedwig's School; graduate of Salesianum School, University of Delaware; Master of Science, Library Science Columbia University; relocated to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 1978; librarian, Pennsylvania State Senate, 1981-1988;  department head, cataloging section, State Library, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, (Pennsylvania's version of Library of Congress); survived by his daughter, Barbara; died, February 20, 2025, (age 73), Kentmere Rehabilitation and Skilled Care, Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware, private burial.
