Folmer; Lebanon Senior High School, 1974; Grace College, Winona Lake, Indiana (B.A.), majored, History, minor in Biblical Studies and Philosophy, 1978; wholesale sales, Henise Tire Service; owner/operator: Folmer Fruit Company; member, elected, Democrat, Lebanon City Council, 1987-1988; co-founder, president, Constitutional Organization of Liberty (COOL), 2005; elected, Republican, Pennsylvania State Senate, 2007-2019; married, Sheila, two children.
