C. T. Dodd, 1872-1881; elected, mayor of Franklin, 1875-1876; law practice alone, 1881-1886; elected, Republican, Pennsylvania State Senate, 1879-1886; married, Laura M. Kinnear, 1875 (d.1880), Clara V.
