Michael R. “Mike” Regan, born September 10, 1961, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania; son of Joseph and Ruth Regan; Cedar Cliff High School, Camp Hill, 1980; Shippensburg University, 1982-1984; Albright College, B.S., criminal justice, 2005; United States Marshals Service (USMS), Southern District of Florida, United States Marshals Service (USMS), Middle District of Pennsylvania, 1990-2002; appointed, United States Marshal, United States District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania, 2002-2011; appointed, Deputy Inspector General of Pennsylvania, 2011-2012; elected, Republican, Pennsylvania House of Representatives, 2013-2016; elected, Republican, Pennsylvania State Senate, 2017-2024; appointed, Pennsylvania Statewide Suicide Prevention Task Force, 2019-2024; married, Frances “Fran” Regan, four children.
