Sr. and Madeline Farnese; Malvern Preparatory School; Villanova University (B.S.), political science, 1990; Temple University (J.D.), 1994; admitted, New Jersey bar, 1994, Pennsylvania bar, 1999; unsuccessful campaign Democratic primary, Pennsylvania State House of Representatives, 2006; elected, Democrat, Pennsylvania State Senate, 2008-2020; Minority Caucus Secretary, 2015-2020.
